Share with care

Share accurate, relevant information about Willcox and the surrounding community. Use public venues and organizer links for happenings. Verify dates and times with the organizer before attending. Approved happenings and shoutouts show the contributor’s account name; keep personal phone numbers, home addresses, and other private details out of public posts.

Celebrate people respectfully. Obtain permission for personal stories and identifiable photos, especially children’s images. Nominations do not guarantee publication. Do not present an illustrative or generated image as proof of a real person, achievement, project, or event.

Honest reviews and clear promotions

Review your own experience, distinguish opinions from factual claims, and avoid unsupported accusations. Disclose if you own, work for, are related to, or received an incentive from the business. Do not submit fabricated ratings, impersonate customers, or reward a particular review sentiment. Sample ratings belong only to labeled sample listings. Sponsored placements must be clearly identified.

Content we do not allow

• Threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, impersonation, scams, or spam.
• Private information shared without permission, sensitive child information, or unlawful content.
• Unlicensed photos, copied artwork, misleading endorsements, or false business qualifications.
• Malicious links, deceptive promotions, or attempts to manipulate reviews.

Approval, reporting, and removal

Community happenings, shoutouts, reviews, and new real listings are reviewed before publication. Approval does not certify every claim. Business owners remain responsible for their profile updates, photos, and offers; these are not all subject to a separate prepublication review.

Administrators apply the same rules to praise and criticism. Content may be corrected, declined, unpublished, or removed, and serious or repeated abuse may lead to restrictions. You can withdraw your own community posts or remove your reviews in Account. Use Contact to report any page, request a correction, seek accessibility help, or ask for reconsideration. Use Copyright & content requests for image or copyright concerns. This site is not an emergency service.
