Terms of Use.
Effective October 8, 2026 · Version 2026-10-08
About the service
Willcox Community provides an independent directory, community stories, offers, and noticeboard. The site is not affiliated with the City of Willcox or Chamber of Commerce unless expressly stated with authorization. Sample profiles, images, businesses, ratings, and stories are fictional demonstrations and do not establish real services, credentials, endorsements, or local events.
These terms apply when you create an account or submit content after accepting them. Browsing remains available without an account. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information to create an account or contribute content. Keep credentials private. We may restrict accounts for misuse and will not require users to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Listings, requests, and advertising
Submit a business listing only if authorized to represent that business. You are responsible for accurate contact details, licensing claims, offers, pricing, availability, and any permissions required for your services. Listing approval is a content review, not a background check, professional certification, or guarantee.
The site is not a party to agreements between customers, businesses, or organizers. A quote inquiry or booking request is not a confirmed appointment or contract. Confirm services, dates, prices, and qualifications directly with the provider. Requests and messages are stored in the site; automatic email delivery and payment collection are not configured. Sample providers do not fulfill services.
Sponsored placements must be labeled. Advertising does not purchase positive reviews, guaranteed recognition, or removal of legitimate criticism. Any future paid plan requires separate clear pricing and payment terms before a charge is collected.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of your submissions. You grant the site a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to store, display, format, and reproduce submitted content as needed to operate the features you choose. Public content may also appear in site-generated profile cards, previews, and sharing tools. Private submissions are used for their intended workflow, not as public advertising without permission. We do not claim ownership of your photos or permission to sell them independently.
You confirm that you own the content or have the necessary licenses and permissions, including any applicable permission from identifiable people and parents or guardians. Do not upload someone else’s work simply because it is available online. We may edit formatting or remove prohibited content. Withdrawing public content ends future display where practical, but existing visitor exports, legal records, and backup copies may remain.
Reviews, moderation, and account restrictions
Follow the community guidelines. Reviews must describe an actual experience. Disclose relevant relationships or incentives, and do not invent experiences or offer rewards conditioned on a positive or negative rating. Do not impersonate people, harass others, publish private details, upload unlawful material, or interfere with the service.
Publication is not guaranteed. Administrators may request clarification, decline, unpublish, or remove content under these rules and applicable law. Positive and negative reviews are assessed under the same standards. Report concerns or request reconsideration through Contact. Repeated infringement or serious misuse may result in account restrictions or termination.
Availability, responsibility, and changes
The service and third-party information are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted access, provider performance, or event availability, and we are not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party services or agreements. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to make a lawful complaint.
Arizona law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without overriding mandatory protections elsewhere. We will post changes with a new version date and request acceptance for covered account or submission actions. Contact the operator about disputes, corrections, or account closure.
